Congratulations to you both on your engagement! I look forward to meeting you.
Do you want something truly special on your wedding day? Based in rural Western Australia, I work with couples to design and shape meaningful wedding ceremonies that reflect who they are and what matters to them. With years of experience supporting couples, you can feel confident that your ceremony will be personal, thoughtful, and exactly what you envision.
Whether your celebration is small or large, held at home, in a garden, a park, or even at the bottom of the Super Pit, the choices are yours. Together, we can plan a ceremony that feels right for you and creates a memorable experience for everyone involved.
A beautiful ceremony doesn’t happen by accident. It grows from your ideas, your words, and the care taken to shape them. I can provide example ceremonies to use as they are, adapt to suit your style, or combine with your own ideas to create something uniquely yours. Your ceremony can be as simple or as detailed as you wish – it’s entirely your choice.
A quick note: I am currently renewing my celebrant registration. In the meantime, I work alongside an authorised marriage celebrant who completes the legal documentation and solemnises the marriage, while I focus on planning and presenting your personalised ceremony. I’m very happy to help you create a ceremony that feels relaxed, meaningful, and truly yours.
Supporting couples at such an important and joyful time in their lives is a genuine privilege, and it’s something I approach with care, respect, and enthusiasm.
I’m fortunate to meet people as they prepare for one of life’s most meaningful celebrations, and I love helping them shape a ceremony that feels authentic and memorable for everyone involved. Creating a calm, warm, and well-structured ceremony experience is always my aim.
I work with couples across Australia, helping them plan and prepare ceremonies in a wide range of settings – from natural bushland and beaches to intimate gatherings at home. Whether your ceremony is held at sunrise, sunset, or anywhere in between, flexibility and personal choice are always central.
On the day, I focus on presentation, clarity, and atmosphere. Where needed, I can assist with practical ceremony considerations such as sound amplification, ensuring guests can comfortably hear and engage with what is being shared.
At the heart of my work is helping couples express the meaning of their commitment in words and moments that feel sincere, thoughtful, and truly reflective of who they are.
I love life, and I truly believe in the couples who are taking this step together and the importance of marking it in a meaningful way.
I approach every ceremony with care, sincerity, and attention to detail. Whether you are planning a wedding ceremony, a naming celebration, a renewal of vows, or another significant milestone, my focus is on helping you shape a ceremony that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.
Having travelled extensively throughout Australia, I’m able to offer ideas for locations you may not have considered, including beautiful parks and civic gardens. I also have strong local knowledge and connections with trusted suppliers and people who can support your day.
I’m always very happy to talk through your ideas or answer any questions you may have about your ceremony planning. Please feel free to get in touch using the contact details below.
The cost varies depending on the type of ceremony support you’re looking for and the location.
My standard fee is $450, which includes:
Please note: If travel outside the local area is required, any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon at the initial meeting.
You can choose from a selection of ceremony examples I’ve prepared, write your own, or use a combination of both. I work with you to shape the wording, structure, and flow so the ceremony reflects your personalities and values. I also work closely with your authorised celebrant to ensure the ceremony content flows smoothly on the day.
Your Day Your Way
Most ceremonies run for around 15–30 minutes, depending on the content you choose.
The length can vary based on personal elements and how much detail you’d like to include in your ceremony. Almost everything can be adjusted to suit your preferences, whether you’d like a shorter, simple ceremony or something more detailed and expressive.
Children can absolutely be included in your ceremony.
Including children can be a meaningful way to recognise and celebrate the coming together of a family. Some couples choose to incorporate wording that acknowledges the children as part of the commitments being made, such as promises of care, respect, and support.
Because every family is unique, there’s no standard wording for this. I’m very happy to talk it through with you and help you shape words that feel natural, personal, and appropriate for your ceremony.
I can work with you at almost any location you choose for your ceremony. The setting is entirely up to you, whether it’s at home, in a garden, a park, or another meaningful place.
I’m happy to travel to different locations to support your ceremony planning and presentation, helping you create a day that feels special and unique.
Feel free to get in touch by phone or email to arrange an initial meeting at a time that suits you. I’m always happy to chat about your ideas and how I can help you prepare your ceremony.
A deposit of $150 is payable once you decide to proceed with my ceremony planning and support services. This deposit secures my availability and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or changes.
The remaining balance is payable four weeks prior to your ceremony date.
The legal paperwork for a marriage is handled by your authorised marriage celebrant. They will guide you through the required timeframes and documentation.
As general information only, at the time of writing there is typically a requirement for marriage paperwork to be completed at least one calendar month before the ceremony. Your authorised celebrant will confirm the current requirements and ensure everything is handled correctly.
I’m very happy to help you understand the process and plan your ceremony timeline and coordinate with your celebrant so the process runs smoothly.
For our first meeting, there’s no need to bring any formal documentation.
This initial conversation is about getting to know each other, talking through your ideas, and discussing the style, tone, and structure you’d like for your ceremony. It’s a chance to explore what feels right for you and how I can support you in planning and preparing your ceremony.
Any legal documentation required for your marriage will be handled directly by your authorised marriage celebrant, who will advise you on what to bring and when. I’m happy to work alongside your celebrant and help coordinate timing so everything comes together smoothly.
Some dates and times are more popular than others, particularly mid-afternoon onwards, and certain months tend to book up quickly. For this reason, it’s a good idea to make contact early so there’s plenty of time to plan and prepare your ceremony.
I have strong local knowledge of suitable outdoor locations in the area and would be very happy to discuss different options for your ceremony setting.
